I am conflicted as to weather to purchase 2-door or 4 door Nissan
Frontier.  I am looking at 2001-2004 models.  I hope someone can
provide some insite:

4 DOOR CREW CAB FRONTIER:

Are the back seats reasonably comfortable for ADULT passengers?  (I sat
in the back seat of a 2002 for a minute, but that is different than
spending time back there while being driven around.)

Does the vehicle drive well?  Do you find it unwieldy in real world
situations?  (It handeled well during my short test-drive).

2 DOOR EXTENDED CAB FRONTIER:

Can ADULTS fit in the small back seats for a short drive?  Do you use
those seats often?

Thanks for your thoughts, Frontier owners!

I don't know about the crew cabs....

Handles well just won't go up a loose dirt hill from a stopped position and
I don't like the fact that you can't use the hand brake to control rollback
on my manual transmission.  I would get an automatic if I had to do it all
over again.  I got the itsy-bitsy 4 cyl engine and it has plenty of zip for
it's size and gets about 26 mpg.

I've sat in the back of my '04 and it's not bad but I would not want to sit
there for more than, say, an hour.  It's a 2-door and it's not too dificult
to get into the back.  Mine only has one rear flip-down sideways seat.  I
test drove an '05 Frontier 4X4 yesterday and one of my daughters (17) said
the front-facing seat (this one had two) in the King Cab was fine and my
other daughter (15) thought it was very uncomfortable.

People are always flashing their high beams at me cause they think I have
mine on when they are on low beam.  Why the hell they make headlights that
blind everyone?
