Hi, recently traded my 4Runner in on a Murano.  The 4R's doors would lock as
soon as I put it in Drive, but doesn't do this on the Murano. Is there any
way to program it to do it? Or is there a good aftermarket way of doing it?
Thanks.

I have no answer, but curious: what's the purpose?  I only lock/unlock dorr
I enter through, I am alone most of the time (not ugly, just shy), why is it
so difficul to lock one dorr and in my case NOT EVEN CARE, i always drive
with door closed obviously but not locked so I'd escape quick in emergency,
i hate an dnever did drive with everything locked, insane.  In other cases,
when a small child inside (which unfortunately i dont have) doors must be
locked so s/he would not eject accidentally. hrrrm and here's the biggest
question:

I used to have this autolocking feature in Oldsmobile CutlassSupreme
convertible, for three months the junk was mine and so was my extreme
displeasure with autolocking, I in fact want th e opposite, leave the doors
alone an dlet me lock when I WANT not when automatic system thinks I want.
Ridiculous

Awhile back, some idiot actually opened my door and jumped in my vehicle
while I was waiting to pull into traffic, we have a small child, and after
having a vehicle that auto-locks, I always forget to lock the doors myself.

Marco Licetti Strikes Again...Adding his negative 2 cents!

Marco,
Why don't you post helpful information when posters ask questions instead of
giving your negative 2 bits.

The poster of this thread is seeking information to find out if the Murano
has an auto-lock feature.  Who gives a rip about whether-or-not you like it?
Obviously, the original poster does and wants questions answered.

You're just a troll tooting your Holier-than-thou horn, just as you did in a
previous thread when someone asked about how to improve their poor mileage.
Even then, no one really  cared about you stripping down your car to get 41
mpg (not 41 mph you moron!).  And you wonder why you don't have small
kids...

Hi,

I just have had a remote starter Autostart installed on my Altima, it has
this feature but not enable by defaut.
If your car has a remote starter, you can check the installation guide (not
user guide) to see if it has this feature . Some cars have this built-in

Program your brain to tell your finger to press the lock button when putting
vehicle in drive.
