How do you get the rear break drum off of a 1991 Sentra?

You use the exact same procedure as you would with any vehicle with drum
brakes.
Not rocket science.  If it has been a while since the last removal, they may
be "stubborn", and may require a little more coaxing than normal.

Not sure how it is on a sentra, but an Altima has two threaded holes (M8, I
think) that allow one insert bolts to aid in pushing the drum off. It might
be the same on yours.

I think they are possibly 1/4 20 theads. I did mine and I don't remember
having any old left over metric bolts. I used some old ones I found in the
bottom of my tool box.

The nominal dia. and pitch of 5/16" - 20 are very close to M8 x 1.25. Might
wind in and work, but not ideal.

I remember I first tried the SAE stuff but the M8 fitted best, so that's
what I used.
