first things first, you need to check the BIG 3
1. Spark, does the spark jump the gap of the spark plug
2. Fuel, is the engine getting fuel, does the fuel pump turn on, are the
injectors firing...
3. Compression, no explanation needed here.
without one of those 3 things the engine will not run.

I do not see spark jumping ,it has no injectors, and compression is good.I
changed the coil, new distributor cap and rotor, still no spark

I am not familiar with the micra but I would start with a service
manual and start checking the power suply to the coil and the ground
controle as well. the ground is most likely controled by a sensore in
the distributor or a transister unit near the coil.
you will need a manual and a multi-meter to check these parts.
all this is assuming you have checked for spark properly.

I found the problem with my 85 Micra not starting. It was the module in the
distributor, changed it and it purrs like a kitten.Thank you all that
