I have an 87pathfinder SE six cylinder. The front drive train quit working. I was told it might be a solynoid. Which I could test if I knew where and which one to test. I went to the library to find a chiltons manual. And all I foound was one for automatic trans. but none for 4x4. It show solynoids on passenger side firewall? I'm not sure which to test. I'de buy a Chilton's  but the part is only around 70 dollars, so I hate to spend another 30 or so. any help wpuld be appreciated. If anyone has a manual they could scan and e-mail to bmccune.g@gmail.com  it would help allot.        THanks

Its probably a bad autolocking hub, there are no solenoids to engage.
