no start

i have a 91 civic with a strange problem,
it has spark, fuel, compression and timing all good but it wont fire. it
just quit running for no reason i can find.  Help!!!

Technically impossible. If it has spark and fuel under compression, it
will fire. Keep looking. Timing belt might have slipped. Does it fire at
all?

could it be a timing belt? the engine turning and spart are 2 separate
things
