CEL is on, Autozone reads error code P0400, EGR Flow problem. What is the
fix for this and where do I start? Thank You. 109500 miles. High Octane
Gas, regular oil changes.

High octane gas is just wasting money on that car. I would remove the
EGR valve and check for clogged ports. If they look good, I'd replace
the valve.

locate the BTP valve (back pressure transducer)

feel underneath, you will find a short bent piece of vacuum hose coming off
the bottom of the BPT valve, that small hose is probably split or rotted ,
replace that hose and all will be well
