OK, I went to www.chipkeys.com and purchased a factory fob for 34.99 and shipping. For a hair under $40.00 I got it in two days and using their programming instructions, programmed it in under 5 minutes. Damn....it works!!! The factory guys wanted almost $200. with programming to do the same thing. What a deal! Thanks to the guy who put me on to these folks.  SignatureR. J. Did you call them for it? No key. So far, that's a factory only deal due to proprietary programming equipment. So, I'm using the valet key while my wife uses the main key. SignatureR. J.
