hey im new to this group and just thought id let myself be known... anyway
for some time now my brakes havnt felt all that good  when i press onto them,
they shudder whenever i press them, would this be because of my disks not
being straight/ flat??? any help would be appreciated...

yep, they've got excessive run-out and need to be machined.
would be a good time for a brake inspection to see what else may need
repair/replacement.
