I have a 2004 Pathfinder, and am having a problem cleaning the inside of the
windshield. I'm using Windex glass cleaner and then after spraying on the
Windex, I use paper towels to dry the glass. I then use a clean t-shirt to
buff the glass to try to remove any streaks left by the Windex.
The problem is that I still have streaks on the surface after repeated
buffing. Its drives me nuts to have a streaky windshield at night and in poor
visibility .
Does anyone here have a better solution?. Id really appreciate any help.

Use crinkled-up newspaper to wipe off the windex. I know, it sounds odd,
but just try it once. You'll be amazed.

as already mentioned, use newspaper...(NOT the color portion, just the
black and white pages).
absolutely nothing works as well as newspaper to wipe off/buff glass.
The paper absorbs the dirt/window cleaner and the ink in the paper
removes any streaks and puts a protective coat on the glass. And using
newspaper is MUCH faster than using all the crap you're using.

To go along with the newspaper, use a vinegar/water mix.
That was used to clean windows years before Windex and other commercial
window cleaners were manufactured.

The best thing I have found is "Invisable Glass" comes in a spray can.

Crinkled news paper works very well, or if you want to be classy, soft paper
towels are excellent.

I have a 2000 pathfinder, but for the 2004 model? i wouldnt know. did u read
the manual? but for the 2000 pathfinder its very simple. but for the 2004,
this is a tough one! i think you need to buy a special windex from nissan
and special towels built for the 2004 model. i heard towels build for the
2000 isnt good enough. so good luck on that.
