92 sentra A/C won't work

I noticed the other day that my A/C just stopped working. No air comes
out from the vents. I tried turning on the heater and that doesn't work
either. I checked the fuses and they're still good. After the car is
on for a while the cooling fan also stops working. Could this be a
problem with the blower motor? Thanks

sounds like bad relays to me.
