I have a2003 pathfinder the right side window goes down ok,going up it
dosen't stop at top comes right down, you have to play with button to stop
at top, Do you have any idea what's wrong

Huh?  Ya' got's to time the motor??  :-)

How does the motor  get out of time? How do you retime the motor .

Yes you have to time he motor , it needs to know the full up and down
positions of the glass.

The motor can get out of time due to slow or labored movement of the glass
in the rubber window channel.

They should be cleaned(especially if you are a smoker) and lubes with a good
quality silicone spray.
