My Situation:

My beautiful  sort of grayish-silverish-puterish  2004 Frontier
currently has 22,000 miles on it.

It now has the 5 year/100,000 "bumper-bumper" service contract.

How advisible is it to extend service contract  more/maximally before
it expires and I'll be  s.o.l. (shite outa luck) if something expensive
subsequently goes-down?

It's all a matter of co$t/benefit & ri$k-taking/$ coverage?

That's why they may call such "insurance."

What is your pertinent situation to mine?

Would you have extended your own 5/100 if you knew what you know now?

I intend to keep my truck during my & its mortality (I'm 61).

THANKS for those kind & empathetic tips: Others get likewise joke/jibe.

I have a Murano.  I took an extended warranty for all work done,
including off road service, and oil changes. I did this to be worry
free, since I am the type that does not want to have any inconvenience
other than my responsibilities. The cost was expensive, but personally I
felt it was worth it. Technically speaking, the vehicle is reliable, I
don't do very much mileage, and that there is a chance I will never make
up the cost of the warranty. But, in the end, it is the assurance that I
have that with a phone call the car will be fixed.
