replaced the Bosch blades that were on my infinity with these

from Wal-mart.

Cheaper and work better

That lifetime warranty sounds good, even if they don't prove to be any
better than the others.

Don't ever use those in winter conditions. They're horrible! Ice builds up
between the "triple blades" rendering them near useless.

That may be the case for rubber blades
From http://www.tripledge.com/silicone_rubber.php

"Silicone blades do not stick to frozen windshields. Unlike organic
rubber, silicone will not absorb moisture over time causing ice build up
in freezing conditions".

I owned a set and as DS mentioned, the blades were worthless in the
winter.  The ice/snow builds up between the blades, not between the
blades and the windshield.  So in effect their claim is correct
however what ends up happening is that I had two big chunks of ice
going back and forth against the windshield.

Worthless.  Not really that good in warm weather either.

I live in Tampa, Florida.  Wiper blades degrade at a rapid rate here and
we have no cold weather to speak of.

What's the consensus for my situation?  I'll never again see ice or snow.

I live between San Diego and Los Angeles. (btw, I'm from Tampa)  As I
mentioned in another post, the tripledges were stiff and did not conform to
the windshield.

Where I live, (Monterrey, Mexico semi-dessertic area), Anco wiper
blades would last about 1, 1.5 years, and I have had some Bosh that
lasted twice as that. Of course, anco is cheaper too.

I hated them.  Not only did they freeze up in the winter but they were
stiff and left black marks on the windshield.  Major PITA to try and
clean off.  Personally, I thought they were junk.

I *do* like the single edge Teflon coated blades though.  They seem to
last a long time and are very smooth and wipe well.

I bought some when they first came out in the '80s.  They were stiff and did
not conform to my windshield.  I wound up tossing them and going back to
regular old Anco.  Maybe they are better now, though.
