Nissan outboard

is there a message board for nissan outboards, outboard motors???

need info on wiring around lanyard safety switch or replacing with
conventional on/off switch.

Start at rec.boats and someone will point you in the right direction.
Having said that, the laynard safety switch is a very useful device.  It's
not necessary to wear the lanyard to operate the engine.  Actually, the
lanyard could be removed from the switch but why do it?
