I have the Infinity G20 - drives like a champ! We got the muffler replaced a
few months ago. The sound has gone up noticeably.  Any suggestions?

Also- the fan switch for blowing air inside works only on thehghest
setting. - IS it the switch itself or something else? Does a nissan Switch
fit in this?

I found that in some of these cars the module for the fan speed control
goes defective. In my Altima, which is similar to your car, it is
installed inside of the air duct. I would suspect that it may be the
same for your car. I had to remove the glove box to get at it. The cost
of the module was about $50 or so.  The total job took me about an hour.
