I am interested in hearing from owners of Frontiers with the I4 engine.
Is that enough power?  The Frontier is one of the heaviest pickups in
its class and I just don't see how the I4 can be a reasonable engine to
power the Frontier.

Thanks in advance for any input.

I have a 5200 lb. 1997 4x4 King cab with the 2.4L 4 cyl. and 5 speed
stick shift. It has plenty of power for what I use it for, like picking
up stuff at HD, loading it up with bulk mulch from the garden center,
helping people move, or hauling away junk for the dump. I don't go off
road or tow anything. I just wish it had a 6th gear for the flat roads
to get a little better than 20 mpg.
