2001 Infiniti QX4 and some problems (gas and exaust)

Hello i got a 2001 infiniti qx4 made by nissan i did a air intake on it
and now i get crap for gas i can go 3 days 5-10 miles a day and it will
be half of my tank can some one help me fix that problem i also have a
exaust that is rusting the bolts are broke off and it makes a noise as
i drive i took it to the infiniti dealer to have it fixed they told me
the only way they can fix it is if the exaust falls off but i want to
fix the noise on it what can i do?

well, the air intake probably changed the amount of airflow so now
the computer is over compensating for the increased air by enriching
the air/fuel mixture.

Dump the air intake and go back to stock.  Contrary to popular belief,
it's not going to do anything except make your wallet a LOT lighter.

As for the exhaust, take it to a muffler shop.  That's a nobrainer.
