Go top your local muffler shop and ask them to install the loudest after
market ricer muffler they have, complete with a zoom tube. That will give
you the "noise" you are after. Then all of the teeny-bopper ricers will
point at your car and go "Ooooh" in excitement. To the rest of us you'll
just be a PITA, but then you already knew that...or should have.

Start with cranking. Usually helps.

2. Remove all the rubber bushings you can find.
3. Drive normally.

Before you know it, you will have a variety of noises.

This will make noise:
Go to the rear of your car.
Get down on the ground near the tailpipe.
Jam your arm as far into the tailpipe as possible.
Have your best bud start the car up.
