The driver's belt buckle wobbles around more freely on the driver's side
than in the passenger seat.  Because of this, when the belt is unfastened
and the buckle is moved, the warning light will go out or come back on
depending on where it's moved to.  If it's fastened, the light stays out
like it's supposed to.  Is there a way to fix this?

Take it back to the dealer, it should be covered by a lifetime warranty
on all auto safety equipment.
