2002 QXE Sentra: no console, tail, driver side brake light

I'm helping someone. Headlights luckily work. Replaced 10 amp fuse
which promptly blew. anything to look for? Nissan recalls? suggestions?

Pull the tail light bulbs and see if it still blows.
