I have a 1987 Nissan Pulsar (it's the 1.6 SOHC non-turbo - I can never
remember if it's NX or SE or whatever). What 14" rims could I use to
replace my current 13s? I am looking for alloys, possibly, but will
settle on plain old rims depending on the price. I'm not sure I can
afford new - what older model cars, maybe in salvage yards, would have
rims that fit?
Thanks!

I would think newer rims from an NX 2000 would work (100NX anywhere else
than N. America). My '92 NX came equipped with 6.0" 14" rims. The actual
designation is: 6.0JJx14 Aluminum alloy. I have heard people putting 15"
rims on Pulsars before, so it should work, and it is "factory".
I think that rims from an older (4 bolt) VW GTI might fit as well. Check
the wheel offset stats on the wheel at online places - forgotten the name of
the place to be sure. There are shops online that have all the wheel offset
information for you.
