I use one of the Sigma inside the windshield antennas on my '06
Frontier. It works at least as well as the external one I originally

I did see those after doing some more research. Do you have the shaded
area above the rearview mirror and did you mount it behind that?

Yes, that is exactly where I mounted it. The Sirius in my Frontier (a
Kenwood Unit) does not work quite as well as the OEM Unit in my Ford,
but it is OK. Originally I had a magnetic mount external antenna
mounted on top of the truck. It worked no better than the Sigma, so I
am satisfied with the performance of the Sigma antenna. It looks
"factory" where I have it installed.
