As far as I'm concerned. you are, but I don't use OE.

    I think these are MIME-encoded binary files, probably JPEGS. OE may be
trying to OPEN these files-do you really want a program that is that
incautious running on your PC?
I will give you the same (unsolicited) advice I received several years
ago: dump OE

    Try Free Agent (www.forteinc.com) $29.00, or if, like myself, you are
allergic to paying for software, try Thunderbird (which I am writing
this on). http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/

    I used to *hate* it when OE would lock up. Especially when it
locked up trying to execute stuff posted randomly on the 'net.
