PCV on 2004 sentra 1.8s

Went to two parts stores to look for PCV on this car. Both places said
there is no listing for it. The car does come with one. It is a screw in
type at the backside of the valve cover. Could it mean that like the
platinum plugs it comes equiped with that don't need replacement for
100,000 miles, the same could apply to the PCV?

No.

try looking at one of the online parts suppliers,I suspect they will show
the PCV valve.
