Its a 5spd with rear calipers (and the crazy little drums for the pk
brake).  The parking brake handle is almost all the way to the top and
its not holding the car.  Is there an adjustment or should i pull the
rear rotors and check those silly little shoes?

Thanks

There's an access hole on the inboard side of each "drum". Pull the
rubber grommet out and insert a small flat bladed screwdriver. The
adjuster has teeth on it. Rotate it "down" to expand the shoes. Do this
with the parking brake disengaged. Make sure the shoes aren't "dragging"
after you adjust.
