Everything important to me, i.e. the car registration, my GPS, and
everything is stuck inside my glovebox.

I have been locking my glovebox since I put my GPS in there, but this
morning I unlocked it and tried to open it, and it didn't. The handle
to the glovebox still feels like it's locked, but it won't budge. I
have to get into my glove box eventually, I don't want to get pulled
over and be without registration, or never use my GPS again.

I've always had my glovebox overstuffed, but I'm not sure if something
is in the way that is keeping the spring mechanism in place, or what.

Does anyone know how I'd be able to get  into my glove box? I really,
really, really need some help here.

you may be able to unscrew the hing at the bottom.  It'll either let you
slide the door/lock open, or release enough pressure that the key may work.
(all a guess/maybe...)

Push in tight on the door and then try to release the latch. It might be so
stuffed with stuff it is binding the latch.
