04' Maxima SE VDC, ABS and SLIP lights are on solid. Help

Car is driving fine. Do I need to pull the fuses ? Nissan want's $ 300
to clear / reset.

Take it to AutoZone or other franchise auto parts store. They will check
and reset it, for free.

try checking the brake fluid level in the master cylinder, if it low, don't
just top it off and forget about it, get the brakes checked. It may be time
for a brake job
