I have a ’99 Sentra and after using the AC in the morning I let the
car sit for about an hour before using it again.  When I turned on the
AC nothing happened.  I checked the fuse but it looked fine.  I tried
the AC and the Heat once again and found that it would blow out only
on number 4.  Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is?
Thanks.

Probably the resister pack that controls fan speeds.  Could also be
the fan switch itself, but less likely.
