No. Anyone with an OBDII reader can reset the computer. AutoZone will do it for free, but if the cap does not work like an OEM cap, the light may come back on. Don't worry about the light. If its only problem is the gas cap, just put the OEM cap back on and the light will turn off by itself in a week or so after it sees the system is sealing properly. |
