I 've got an 87 Max that needs rack boots replaced. Can I replace the boots without removing the outer tie rod by just unfastening the inner tie rod from the outer and then slide the new boot over the inner shaft? that wont work, the outer tie rods need to come off >I 've got an 87 Max that needs rack boots replaced.
