'98 Achieva tire size

is the 195-65-15 the only size that can safely be run on this car.
they are about the most expensive of the 15". I have some 205-70-15
with only about 2000 miles in my shed, will these fit?

They are somewhat taller, mount one and check fender well clearance on
turns, also the speedo will read somwhat lower than your actual speed.

thanks for the reply. someone else told me it could effect the
anti-lock brakes so I'll stick to the195 size.

they would fit the 15’’ rim, but with it being a 195mm wide rim, a
205mm wide tire wouldn’t fit(i dont think) i would go to a tire shop
and ask them.
