sounds like when the transmission is shifting..possible?

imtermittin stall, possibly electrical,or o- ring or seal leak on the fuel
rail?

Why would you think an o ring seal would cause a stall, to do this the fuel
would have pour out of the fitting. Check for spark at the plugs when it
stalls, most common problem with stalling and difficulty in restarting is
the crank sensor, but there are lots of other issues related to the problem
on that year 3.8.

i figured the problem out it is the throttle pisition sensor
     thanks everyone
