My wife has a cutlass calias.  The horn is out.  I looked in the manual
as to whereit is. I figure the  connection must not be there. It just
told me it is behind the front bumper. I looked and I really dont know
what I am looking for.   Can anyone help me on this?

Can't tell ya where it is but be sure it is actually out. A lot of the time
they just freeze up from non-use. When you find it tap on it with something
while someone is activating the button. It may come to life.
