You need to check for fuel pressure, spark, scan it to see if there is a
cranking rpm, or get it to someone who knows what they are doing.

Possibly a bad gas cap. The vent it not working causing a vacuum in the
tank. If you let the van sit for a while does it start right back up, hot
or cold??
