89 olds delta 88 engine problem

My car will start with no problem when the engine is cold,but once the
engine has been running for a few minutes and you turn it off it will not
start back up until after it cools down. I have done replaced the ignition
module and have done a complete tune up. What else can be the problem?
Please help....

Is there spark when this happens, how about injector pulse also? If you scan
it when this happens do you see cranking rpms, these are the basic checks to
pinpoint the problem.
