I have been experiencing repeatitive problems with the coolant system pressuring up in my 94 achieva. The system has caused me to change the gaskets in the intake twice, I have changed the rad cap and flushed the coolant system. I am not overfilling the system, as it is quite obvious what level it has to be
Is there something obvious that I am missing, or does someone have other advise on what could be my problem

Why do you believe that it is being over pressurized?

Have you checked to make sure your head gasket is not leaking? check your
compression in the cylinders to make sure you are not getting blowby from
the cylinders into your coolant system. Also check your radiator cap. It
should relieve pressure before you blow an intake gasket (15psi is the
normal pressure in the cooling system).
