Gold old Plastic engineering! one of the plastic input nipples on my heater
core broke so now with winter coming up I need to replace it. On a scale of
1 to 10 what kind of a job is it? The Haynes manual makes it look as simple
as removing dash panel, stereo, and ac/heater controls and unclipping it.

It is not that bad. A power driver helps.
