My car constantly stalls except when the gas tank is full

My 1990 Buick Oldsmobile Cutless Ciera constantly stalls unless the gas
tank is atleast 3/4 full of gas. I can go about 1/2 block before the car
stalls everytime. Please help, I'm up for any suggestions on what may be
causing it.

I'd suggest you drop the gas tank and check it. Of course, this means
siphoning it first, and 3/4 of a tank is a lot of gas. Sorry. I'd guess
some sort of blockage, such that when the tank is completely full,
there's enough pressure to get enough gas through, but after the level
drops, no longer enough pressure, and the problem occurs.
