Hi.
I'd like to know if the 1989 Culass Ciera has a front or rear wheel drive
train.
Also, would I be better served by having the tires replaced with all-season
radials or studded snow tires here in NY for the winter months?  Regarding
the studded snow tires - could I get just two (on the drive wheels) or would
I need all four?

Thanks,
Walter

Front wheel drive.

As far as tires, try watching what other drivers in your area have put
on their FWD cars. A lot depends on local conditions. In my area of
Colorado, I do just fine with all-season (Goodyear Regatta 2) on my 94
Ciera. But within 25 miles there are places that studded Blizzaks have
trouble.
