My 93 Olds Cutlass Supreme's turn signals will not work, I replaced all the
bulbs and the turn signal flasher also replaced all of the fuses. They will
work if I manually raise the turn signal lever up and down but when I turn
them on the green arrow lights just stay on and does not flash. Can anyone
help me ?

Are you sure you replace the turn signal flasher, and not the 4-way
flasher?

Yes I am sure.

Sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere in the wiring. Check your light
sockets, repalce any bad ones (you can find replacements at your local parts
store). If that doesn't work start checking wire resistance and look for
shorted wires.

have seen this problem many times at the shop where i used to work.  you will
need to replace the turn signal switch inside the column.  it ain't cheap,
but something shorts out in the switch when you fully turn them on.  if you
dont have all the tools, i would recomend a professional do this job.  good
luck!

A year later....did you ever solve the problem?  If so what was it?
