Does anyone have an address or phone for technical personnel at GM that can answer an electrical problem on Oldsmobiles? So far I have been able to talk to Customer Service people GM uses to block access to the engineers. The only way this will happen is if you take your car to a dealer and they cannot find the problem, they can access tech help from service engineers. What your are expecting to happen is here somewhat unreasonable.
