My driverside wheel bearing is shot, when compared to the passenger
side, it makes quite a racket when driving and when up on a stand it
sound like 240 grit sand paper; however, I'm also getting a strange
clicking sound around the driverside front.  The driveaxle itself is
new.  Would a bad bearing click?

TIA!
Darryl.

p.s., 3.4L Auto, 250K Km, clicking also happens when coasting in
neutral.  While droaning/rumbling of the wheel bearing is constant,
the clicking is NOT and it seems worse when cold (roughly O degrees C
currently).

Clicking/droaning was a bad wheel hub/bearing assembly.  Swapped in a
new assembly and ride is quiet and smooth.

No problem.  It's easier to have groups.google.com (www.deja.com)
archive the solution for me!  Lol.
