My 2000 Bravada heater is running all cold lately. The heat went out
gradually. I had dexcool init when I bought it, but shortly thereafter
found out it had been run too hot and solidified. I have had the system
flushed, multiple times, twice in the year before the heat went out, 4
times since. The thermostat has been replaced. The fluid the comes out
during the flush is very hot. I've been told the heater coil and radiator
are ok. Any other ideas what the problem is?

Are both hoses to the heater hot? If so then my guess is that the
temperature control door (this is on the air flow side) is not working.

The top hose gets HOT, but the bottom hose gets only warm at best. Someone
at work said maybe the core needs to be blown out. Does that make sense?

Yes, your findings suggest that the core has low flow through it. A reverse
flush might help out.
