whats the difference between a 82 cutlass and a 82 cutlass supreme

what is the difference between a cutlass and a cutlass supreme i wanted to
get dual exhaust for my cutlass but there is no kit for a supreme
it all says except supreme. i want to get this trans crossmember from jegs
prt# 550-41050 to have duals for g-bodys again it says exc. surpreme. i
asked one of there tech guys and he didnt know anything,but i want to know
why some thing are not offerd for a supreme

The only difference between the regular Cutlass and a Supreme is trim.

The old "doesn't fit Supreme" is based on a myth going back to the
'70s that the engine in a Supreme was offset. For some reason that
myth has managed to get tacked to even G-bodies.

Fact: There's only two factory crossmembers for a G-body. One for the
200-4r and another for every other transmission that was factory
installed.
