ignition lock cylinder removal

how do i change the ignition lock cylinder in my 98 cutlass?

well if anybody was going to help, i got it out. after racking my brain &
bustin my knuckles, i resorted to a pair of channel locks and a screwdriver
and whalla out she came! not the right way, but it worked!!

If memory serves, the correct way to get them out is down through the
steering column.  It is held in place with a torx screw...
