My son has a "rebuilt/restored"  1972 cutlass Oldsmobile that was redone as
a 442. The previous owner used a fiberglass repo hood. The windshield
washers squirters are missing. Pump and hoses are there. Where were the
squirters mounted? I am guessing either on the underside of the hood or on
the top of the firewall about the same place as the windshield wiper motors.
Also were the squirters just a small metal tube? Thanks

Paul

The squirters were mounted on the underside of the hood,
under the rear edge. The squirters themselves were basic-
ally metal tubes, but shaped with a slight bend and small
flat flanges so that a bracket could hold them in place.
