Hi

Recently had tranny serviced on '93 Olds Cutlass Supreme . It was fine
before service. It was just due, because of mileage.

Now, when we start it, and put in gear ( auto) it feels very hard, like it
wants to launch when put in drive, foot on brake. And upon acceleration,
vibrates like crazy, similar to a car with old ignition wires on a rainy day
( wires are fine in this case). It smoothes out when backing off on the
accel pedal, at cruise.

Any clues? Service guy hangs up on us!

What fluid was used?  Is the trans filled to the proper level?

I think there's too much in there

I'd start with removing the pan and rereplacing the gasket and refilling
with new Dexron fluid or just having it flushed (exchanged) with the
proper fluid at a shop and then rechecking to see if everything was ok.
