Had to pay $1.600 for replacing Intake Manifold (internal leak of coolant}.
GM made it out of cheap plastic/composite.
And some say that 3.8 engine is good.
There was a hole melted-out in manifold by hot coolant.GM SUCKS!
Heard that it happens quite often also in diffrent cars with 3.8 series II engine.
Their customer serwice phone# is no longer valid, smart crooks.
How to get reimbursment, even child can tell it is a bad designe.
Anybody heard about recall?

No recall I know of.  Hopefully, your repair facility replaced the lower
manifold as well.  The redesign is to make the diameter of the egr pipe in
the lower manifold a smaller diameter so it doesn't actually contact the
upper manifold.
