I have issues with my 1988 Regency's brakes. I've had the brake cylenders
and pads on the rear replaced 5 times since last Spring - Anyone have any
thoughts? (At Christmas the drums and lines EVERYTHING were replaced,
mechanic doesn't seem to know what's happening) Are brake issues normal,
and is there something that can be done? PLEASE HELP.

Any details?
What were the specific issues each time the brakes were serviced?
What, specifically, was done on each visit?
Were the issues resolved, even temporarily?
What is the issue now?

Perhaps there is a problem with the master cylinder and/or proportioning
valve not allowing the fluid pressure to drop after brake usage is
stopped...
